Truly one of the most kindhearted, helpful, and selfless people I have ever met and such a joy to work with. She saved me $250 MONTHLY when I switched from progressive. Now I’m no corporate shill, however I AM a lover of really awesome people, and Joe Fagan is the place to go for anything with the word “insurance” in it. Kim got me set up over a half an hour long phone call and then I went in to the building to finish up because I wanted to meet the team. Kim saved me well over $2k this year. She truly worked hard and did everything she could (even stayed late) to get my rates cheaper while retaining really great coverage. I mean, we started talking about reading books and I mentioned that my girlfriend loves reading and Kim took the time out of her day to write a list of book recommendations for her. Are you kidding me? You won’t find that service anywhere else nowadays. So save yourself the time and effort and go see Kim at Joe Fagan State Farm. "Was pumped to switch to State Farm and work with Kim. Once you get passed working with Kim, the service goes down hill unfortunately. Really disappointed with how situations are being handled in the office and being told not even Joe Fagan can do anything to help or make it right (premium overcharged for a year because discounts that I should be getting “fell off” and no one knows why, taking several months to process QHC causing premium to go up almost double, reaching out for docs already provided, lack of communication and direct answers). Editing based on the comment below: they did not bring it up to my attention. We went A whole year and it only was looked into because we asked for a breakdown. Your office missed this."
